            Dr. Homer Breckenridge, III, graduated from Seminole County High School in 1969 and received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Valdosta State College in 1973.  In 1977 he graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a Doctor of Medicine Degree and completed his surgical residence at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon in 1982.  He is board certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Georgia Surgical Society, the Georgia OB-GYN Association, and the Georgia Association of General Surgeons.  He has special training in laparoscopic surgery, and is licensed in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama.

We are linked with NRCME, the national registry and will up load your medical card to the website for you after your physical.

 

 

Breathalyzers.

We meet requirements for the 49 CFR Part 40.213(c). We can do federal and non-federal alcohol testing, as well as drug testing.

           Dr. Breckenridge returned to Donalsonville in 1982 to join in practice with his father, Dr. Homer Breckenridge, Jr.  He is married to Ruth Bridges Breckenridge and they have two daughters, Bethany B. McElyea (Josh) and Emily B. Kitchens (Greg), five grandchildren, Lane, Kate, and James  McElyea and Annie and Clark Kitchens.  He is very involved with Christian mentorship and is involved in the men's Sunday school classes and bible study groups. He enjoys sharing his free time with boys and men of all ages, through his love of the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
